We prepare, draft and review different commercial transaction contracts, engagements and agreements applicable in these industries including but not limited to transaction engagements contracts and sub-contracts, aircraft leases, financing agreements, hotel management and services agreements, tourism facilities constructions, equipment installations and maintenance services, and car rental services.

We also prosecute and recover civil claims arising from the activities of these industries.
